| Summary | 0006834: Tanks shoot jets and helicopters with their main cannon with high accuracy |
| Description | My US tanks such as M1A2 shoot their main gun at attacking fast flying planes and helicopters at speeds like 200+km/h and reliably hit their flying targets (like 7 out of 10 times) |
| Steps To Reproduce | In editor place tanks, place jets like su-25 or A-10, make those planes attack the tanks with their on-board cannons or dumbfire rockets, watch air targets got shot down by 120mm cannons. Happens alot in CAS scenarios. |
| Additional Information | While it's acceptable that tanks shoot their 50 cal. at air targets and can even shoot down helicopters with these MGs it looks very unrealistic that a tank can EFFECTIVELY use its 120mm cannon to attack fast flying targets. Even though they have an advanced ballistic computer it's still unrealistic behaviour unless their shells are not ATGMs (which US tanks don't have) |
