0006632: AI wont use fire and forget launchers

Description

AI wont use fire and forget launchers that requires the player to press "R" to flip up the sights. This means they wont use the AT-4 or the LAW but they will use both of the RPG-26 and RPG-18. Grouping with AI and assigning them to engage armored targets doesnt help

I have no problems with AIs firing their M136 or LAW against other targets - I tried again with the US army units that come with the mod in the eden editor and these units did use the launchers. I cant get the vanilla NATO units to use them however. sorry i didnt look into that aspect beforehand. i have not used any other mods for this.
