I use the keys crtl + f but when I do not use these keys the weapon is automatically safe |

Where did you set those keys? Dev builds are no longer using RHS Game Options menu |

Not sure what is your native language but perhaps you could use google translate? In principle, verify that you don't have safe moded binded to alt key. |
