0000643: Cannot download mod

Description

no matter where I go to download it from, your mods download seems to be interrupted around 300-500 MB in and when I hit the resume button it completes download only to leave an empty folder. your updater program also seems to do nothing after I download it. After 2 weeks of smashing my face into my keyboard in rage Ive simply givin up. Why isn't this mod published on steam workshop? I don't want to torrent it because I don't want torrent software on my machine. This is the ONLY A3 content ive ever had this issue with, I so desperately want to enjoy what I know is good, well developed content for my favorite game, please help. thanks
