0006286: How to use new D-30 AT scope? Is there any guide or smth?

Description

I cannot change the position of the sight on pgup and pgdown, and when you raise the sight too high, the sight is simply closed with a weapon shield. So how to fire vehicles that are more 1km or on a higher than you.
