| Description | When landing within the acceptable speed range but descending too fast, the C-130J will take damage in an unusual way: The gear takes little damage with components like the rudder, elevator and ailerons being critically damaged with the engines taking much more damage than the gear too. Overall damage to the vehicle is much lower, I tested with two similar (though rougher) landings and saw hithull damage go from ~0.29 to ~0.04. https://youtu.be/Fogh4hh_VSo [^] Avionics seemed to take the same damage ~0.11 to ~0.13 Engines saw a noticeable decrease ~0.46 to ~0.43 Fuel lines saw a large decrease ~0.12 to ~0.5 Aileron_links seemed to take the same damage ~0.56 to ~0.65 Ailerons seemed to take the same damage ~0.99 to ~1 ControlRear saw a decent decrease ~0.062 to ~0.047 Elevator seemed to take the same damage ~1 to ~0.99 Rudder saw a noticeable decrease ~1 to ~0.86 Wheels saw a large decrease ~0.18 to ~0.02 |
