0005820: UAV Pchela maximum speed bug

Description

When UAV get over maximum speed (red indicator) its vertical speed becomes very high. You may fly with negative pitch angle but still getting higher and higher.
Checked on stable and dev build.

(0010933) reyhard (administrator) 2020-08-11 20:53	seems to be Arma bug with light planes - you can do same thing with greyhawk although not with such large gain. Seems like force which is applied to plane to slow it down has some minimum which in case of light, slow flying planes is resulting in something as silly as this. You might try submitting bug report to A3 feedback tracker if you think it's that big issue.

(0010935) nevalashkarus (reporter) 2020-08-12 02:40	During some maneurs like changing heigt or quick turning UAV cause this bug by himself. Maybe as local solution it is acceptable to increase value of maximum speed?

(0010937) reyhard (administrator) 2020-08-12 15:45	Not really, since plane would gain speed more faster and circle would repeat. I reduced thrust close to maximum speed but it's far from being fixed.
