No, only RHS.
I checked fuel capacity by "fuel" and "time" commands on 100% power of uav engine.
On 300 seconds from mission start uav had 80% of fuel level. So you need 25 min to empty full tank.

no idea, I'm not able to reproduce it. Perhaps it was fixed at some point - you might RHS dev version if you want to confirm it

Cheched on dev, still the same as on stable build.
I dont know how you cant find it.

This video maded on dev version. On 160th second uav spent 10% of fuel.
