I was. I'll attempt again with just dev.

*EDIT* Confirmed it is DEV that this occurs in. No other mods.

So there is no issue if you only use DEV? Just to make sure: you are not running RHS USAF stable & RHS USAF dev at same moment? Also, make sure that you are running 1.98 version of Arma 3

Was listed ver 1.98.

Don't remember the upgrade, so I did a complete uninstall.

That seems to have resolved this issue. Thank you!
