Summary0005493: No ATGMs in Russian tanks when spawning them through Zeus or in Virtual Garage
DescriptionSpawn a Russian tank with ATGM firing capabilities through Zeus or in Virtual Garage, but there isn't any ATGM to load.

1. No ATGM in scroll menu;
2. Ammo count shows 0|3 (3 for APFSDS, HEAT, HE), but used to be 0|4 before.
Steps To Reproduce1. Spawn a Russian tank with ATGM firing capabilities through Zeus or in Virtual Garage;
2. No ATGMs in ammo storage.
Additional InformationThis issue has shown up for a while, maybe since the last major update.
