 I have adjusted saturation on the webbing panels by about 20%

But from the shade of the unit's face in your screenshot, it looks like you are running your game settings with high gamma/contrast or a reshade tool.
Please refrain from running reshades while giving feedback on texture issues in future - it's not a helpful basis for making visual comparisons at our end.

 Yes, my saturation setting is 150.
but I don't know why Alexis(face in the screenshot) saturation seems basically high.
anyway I got it! thanks
