0000473: Mi-24 flares are useless

Description

From our tests, mi-24 can be shot down with a single Titan AA rocket in like 90% of time.
Even if i start spamming countermeasures after radar warns me, it will most likely hit me directly. This is not happening with any other RHS heli, only with mi-24 variants.
