300m is the standard battle zero for red dot and holographic sights in the US military.
Arma does not allow for the initial zeroing of sights to be limited, based on which weapon they are mounted on.

I've reduced the zero on some sights: mini-red dots RM05 (100m), MRDS (200) they now match the versions mounted on the SU-260/P (MDO) and SU-230 (SpecterDR)
Also reduced zero on the low-mounted Aimpoint T1 LT661 (100m)

Hi Monkey - I guess that's cos those sights are mounted on M4s etc. and maybe the parabola is virtually flat for those to 300m anyways?
