0004364: AH-1Z refueling stutters instead of completing

Description

Instead of filling the tank fully, there is a stutter topping the tank off. This has the nasty side effect of draining the fuel source completely. It is not a damaged fuel component, I tested that. It is fully repaired, or there would be a leak even when there was no refueling going on.

(0008073) mwpowellhtx (reporter) 2018-08-15 16:51	I also note that the Black Wasp does not complete refueling. There is no stutter there, but the tank is definitely not topped off. So... That to say, the root cause of the fuel tank refueling completion itself may not be the 1Z in and of itself. But this is your starting point as I've reported it. Good hunting!

(0008077) mwpowellhtx (reporter) 2018-08-15 17:31	Okay, so I was able to confirm, even with the additional mods in local editor, plus a Zeus system, these do not appear to be RHS related, but are confined to the server itself. I'll pass along that detail accordingly. Thanks!
