 are you using some other mods? Could you include .rpt file https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Crash_Files [^] without -noLogs parameter

 disable all those non-rhs mods and see if you still have that issue

 found the problem, turned off all mods and back on 1 at a time its JSRS - RHS - Weapons Sound Patch, get startup error ADDON `JSRS_soundmod 75s_sound_M4`requires addon JSRS soundmod_FS2000.
Removed mod restarted but get another run error ADDON `JSRS_soundmod_NIArms_Arsenal_WEAPONS` requires addon `hlcweapons_acr`.
Game runs and sounds work on cannons
