0000037: Sound levels in vehicles

Description

Sounds of engines in Ural or BTR's are unrealistically deafening, making in-vehicle conversations impossible.

Also, seems Ural sounds seem to be incorrectly looping, causing weird sound effects of engine constantly starting up.

(0000082) MistyRonin (administrator) 2014-12-01 00:56	Indeed, as vlad says the sounds inside of vehicles are managed by the A3 engine. Unfortunately we can't modify that.
