| Steps To Reproduce | Enable RHSAFRF on my server and it fails to start always with the warning of Error 20 reading file 'C:\TCAFiles\Users\JohnCook\254\@RHSAFRF\addons\rhs_optics.pbo' ErrorMessage: Cannot open file 'C:\TCAFiles\Users\JohnCook\254\@RHSAFRF\addons\rhs_optics' Cannot delete the file as it says it is used by another program even if the server is not running. | ||||||||

When trying to delete the .pbo file i get this error. The process cannot access the file '@RHSAFRF\addons\rhs_optics.pbo' because it is being used by another process. The server is NOT running at this time. |

contact your server provider or try to ask here https://forums.bistudio.com/forums/forum/159-arma-3-servers-administration/ [^] since file access is not RHS related (you can have such error with any kind of .pbo) |
