0003128: Ratnik Kit- 6B45 and 6B43 body armor

Description

The Russian Military has started to hand out and produce the new 6B47 Combat Helmet, and 6b45 Body armor. I would like to see the new 6B45/6B43 Body armor along with the new 6B47 helmet you implemented.
