0002968: floating panels on M1A2SEPV1_W

Description

two, possibly the ERA panels on the turret float away from Tank once it's on the mover

Steps To Reproduce

1. Place player
2. add Zeus control
3 add the M1A2SEPv1 (woodland) version
4. Give it a waypoint
5. start game
6. Enter Zeus mode, and follow the tank, panels will be noticed.
