| Summary | 0002805: Kornet ATGM "slipping" way too forward after assembling. |
| Description | When you assemble a Kornet ATGM (with one piece on the ground and the other on your back) it will always spawn about 5-6 meters away from the piece on the ground.
Actually, this is a problem with every weapon that can be "assembled" even in the vanilla game, but with the kornet the problem is a lot bigger as it moves way too far from the place you're supposed to place it.
This can be really frustrating if you're trying to place it near a cliff, or behind cover... |
| Steps To Reproduce | With the editor, place a manned kornet ATGM on the ground, set it as player. Start the game. First disassemble the weapon, than try to assemble it again. |
| Additional Information | The problem seems to be related to the "box" that you can see when you select the object in the editor. In fact, after some testing, i noticed that the assembled weapon spawn in a way to make sure that the player is just outside the "box". Probably it is some kind of "collision box", but for the kornet it's way oversized. |
