0002750: Dedicated Server, RHS, CBA

Description

Whenever I try and launch a mission on my server I'm unable to because the mission won't fully load. I get this error when I try and load it:

"No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgWeapons.Burst'."

This mission works fine on a non-dedicated server but not on one that is dedicated. I read that this was fixed and the latest update and it was not.
This is the mod list I use on the mission:
