0002376: Rakurs tweak.

Description

As we played whole yesterday night at serwer, we meet bug with rakurs sight.
- is it gonna hev mounting for standard "rail" system used in AK?
- Why it dont have zoom feature? (like american sights presented in 0.4.1).
I know magnification is fixed, but zoom feature (default arma zoom) would be very nice, also second mode for this optic [NUM / ] for closer looking throught the sight would be nicely welcome.

For now sight is looking nice, but nothing more.

Then launch game and try to look in same in sight (focus on the zoom).
