0002037: TFAR Long Range Radios

Description

TFAR Long Range Radios are not enabled in a number of vehicles that look as though they should have long range radios, i.e. Humvees, GAZ, ground vehicles that have antenna.

Steps To Reproduce

Enable TFAR
Alt + P to open Long Range Radios
Nothing....
