Summary0001741: Request for a heavy AT grenade launcher for the Russians RPG-29 Vampir
DescriptionHello.
As you probably know the Americans have been given SMAW and they have the FGM-148 Javelin. Both of these weapons are good at taking out armor so how about giving the Russians sth like the RPG-29 Vampir.

 Уже писалось тут, что в Российской армии он не используется. Было сделано несколько штук для экспортной продажи Мексиканской армии. А от туда они уже по всему миру разошлись.

 Но это не говорит о том, что у него их не было. RHS же делает те вещи, которые есть и были. Почему бы не добавить RPG-29?

В данной версии РХС, Американцы имеют явное преимущество во всем. Особенно в технике.

Для чего нужен этот вампир, если его снаряды используются в БИС версии РПГ-32, названной в игре рпг-42 Аламут? Вот если РХС запилит настоящий прицел для этого аламута, то есть чтоб была аутентичная прицельная сетка , баллистический компьютер и лазерный дальномер...

 But you can use RPG-7 with VR rockets - effect is devastating. Smaw rockets are so big, that only one can be in backpack, same with javelin, for RPG you can take 3 - load one, 2 in backpack. I delete all javelin units from the missions, until smoke screen on tanks (IR smoke) will not block the javelin aquire. Russians are not using RPG-29, but if my memory isnt mistaken and wikipedia says good, they officially adopted RPG 28 in dec 2011.

Its capable to penetrate 1000mm RHA behind the ERA :

 Unfortunately I don't understand Russian good enough so I can't reply on that. As for the RPG-28 matter, based on my experience a maximum effective range of 300 meters is a painful disadvantage compared to the 700 meters with an optoelectronic fire control unit on moving targets with the RPG-29. O and one more thing yes the RPG-29 in still in use but you must be aware of the fact that this weapon isn't for mere Russian soldiers.

 What is this vampire, if the shells are used in BIS version of RPG-32, called the game an RPG-42 Alamut? Now, if RHS gashes real sight for this Alamut, that is, so that was an authentic reticle, ballistic computer and laser rangefinder ...
