Summary0001523: You cannot order BMP 1 gunner to change weapon / 2 man crew
DescriptionWeapon selection for AI gunner in BMP 1 doesnt work at all. If you choose in editor to spawn as commander - you will be the gunner, commander will be absent.
Steps To ReproduceGet in BMP 1 as commander (gunner), switch to driver seats, order gunner change the weapon.
Additional InformationHappen independly of mods.

 It's due to the Russian Armed Forces order of battle.

APCs and IFVs only have driver and gunner as crew. The commander of the vehicles is the squad leader of the squad the vehicle is part of.

 Isnt that only for BMD? Weapon changing is not working by the way.

 weapon changing is not working due to trick used to make ai using both HE & HEAT rounds without player input.

 Thanks for great links :) So how i can order gunner to change weapon? If i remember well, Vanilla equipment have same bug since 1.54. I've noted this to APC's and wheeled drones. Maybe some script?
