0001081: HMMWV Bumper LOD

Description

Front and rear bumpers flicker/disappear at varying distances on all HMMWVs.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open up the Editor
2. Spawn any HMMWV.
3. Put yourself near it.
4. Move away.
5. Notice the bumpers.
