Summary | 0000870: Disposable launchers do not drop
Description | After shot launcher should be dropped by pressing [F] key (switching to promary weapon), for now i need to allways delete empty tube manually from inventory. I looked inside config files and there is something like "sleep time" setted to 300 - there should be way lower value.

because it's mostly intended behaviour, that sleep time is for deleting empty tubes that ai leaves on ground. to be honest, I never liked that autodrop feature from ace/vtn. maybe as a compromise there will be third option to drop launcher with some key action or something like that |

we see dropping a weapon as a "user action" that needs user input. Just like attaching a scope, injecting medicine and equipping radio. In today's gameplay where players look for more interaction, autodrop would be counter-convention. In real life the tube doesn't just fall out of your hands. You need to take action (or not), thats the way we see it. |
