0006883: RHS M1 Abrams not allowing full crew

Description

In the editor, whenever i drag and drop crew into the crew into the M1 Abrams of the RHSUSAF, the tank only accepts 3 out of 4 crew slots in the Abrams, not allowing a crewman to take the commander seat.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Place any RHS Abrams without crew
2. Drag and Drop any crewman inside

(0012374) kurtbrtshname (reporter) 2024-01-18 12:05	I forgot to mention, i was using ACE. I tried both using ACE and ACE No medical and they both have the same issue
