0006621: rhs_vdv_flora_* classes have incorrect value for their FirstAidKit items

Description

rhs_vdv_flora_* classes such as rhs_vdv_flora_riflemen have invalid declaration for their FirstAidKit item with both single and double quotes.

Items[] = {"'FirstAidKit'"};
RespawnItems[] = {"'FirstAidKit'"};

Issue is present in both Stable and Development version.

Steps To Reproduce

Open config viewer for any rhs_vdv_flora_* class such as rhs_vdv_flora_riflemen and observe incorrect value.

Open inventory of any VDV Infantry (Flora) units and notice lack of FirstAidKit.
