0006569: M70 Series Of Rifles Reloading Sound Doesn't Match Animation

Description

For the M70 series of rifles, the sound of the reload, particularly the handle charging animation does not match the sound of the reload

Steps To Reproduce

Use, for example, M70B1 or M70B1N, and press R for the reload key, and observe the sound of the reload charging handle plays before the charging handle is pulled back.
