0000630: Weapon accessories inheriting bad inertia values in config

Description

Below is a list of classnames contained within rhsusf_c_weapons which are inheriting a default inertia value of 0.5 from ItemCore. This value is greatly excessive compared to the inertia values used by vanilla accessories and accessories from other mods, causing any weapons equipped with these accessories to handly very poorly by comparison.
