Summary

0006150: 9M117s travel time is too long

Description

9M117 missiles' maxSpeed is 300 (reaching around 305m/s), forcing them to travel 4km in an absolute minimum of 13.1 seconds without accounting for initial speed and acceleration.

In in-game testing, I found that the 9M117 reaches 4km at around 17 seconds:
