0006081: Rail-less version of the FN MAG

Description

The recently added FN MAG in GREF is very nice, but it would nice if there was a way to have it without any optics and without the rail still being visible there. Either having the rail disappear when there are no optics mounted on it or having a separate version of it without any rail would be great.

I have no intention of working on it further to make a rail-less one because of various complexities in remaking the feed cover in a way that will be consistent with the normal mapping and texturing of the existing railed one.
