 none of the top sitting animations supports launcher animation so it's unlikely

 Current animation of observers in strykers, m113, gaz-233011, kamaz-5350 etc., in which you cant use your launchers, cant be changed on animation like in gaz-233114?

 No, they are different animations which are not compatible with sitting variants
