0000599: CH47 Chinook back rotor will sometimes break during fastroping

Description

When fastroping from CH47 Chinook sometimes the back rotor will break. This can have something about the player sometimes float inside of the helicopter before he goes down the rope.

AGM was used.

Steps To Reproduce

AGM must be activated
Spawn a CH47 Chinook
Try to fast rope as a squad (10 people)
Issue happens sometimes
