Check the files:
@RHSAFRF/rhs_c_airweapons.pbo/rhs_ammo_rockets.hpp
around line 884, 1078, 1253
Kh25/29/38s have direct hit damages < 1500, and indirect hit damages <300, which might need some tweaks, since Kh25/29/38s got 90–140/317/250 kg HE/shaped-charge warheads.
While checking up parameters for bombs in
@RHSAFRF/rhs_c_airweapons.pbo/rhs_ammo_bombs.hpp
line 14: fab100 direct-1500, indirect-650
line 47: fab250 direct-5000, indirect-1140
it's reasonable to think heavy warheads in Kh25/29/38s should have similar hit damages to HE bombs, thus I think they might need some tweaks (so that they can do some real damage to the Might Abrams XD).
