It seems like you incorrectly updated server. There were 2 files renamed and I guess that you didn't use some SteamCMD to upload new version? Nevertheless, remove all BKM/BMK files from server and update again via SteamCMD. If you are doing it via ftp, then I would advise you to be more careful about added & removed files.

Unfortunately I cannot get that to work. What is the proper way to update via SteamCMD? I am not the only person having issues with this according to the comments on Steam.

Delete everything on server and client then. I guess a lot of people do same mistake and notice that not everyone has that error ;)
