Summary

0005385: M1083A1 and M1078A1 seat issues

Description

There are two issues

The unarmed versions(including unarmored and armored cabins) Passenger seat 3 is still using his seat in the back even he stilling a floating a already remove bench and other seat passengers was remove fine

The armed versions(Both M1083 and M1078) All passengers in back of track are floating even the bench is already remove

This issues is present both stable and in dev and it happen in VR

Steps To Reproduce

Unarmed versions(unarmored and armored cabins)
1. Go to VR
2. Pick any unarmed versions
3. Add a passenger 3 and add few passengers to compare the issues
4. Remove a bench and look the passenger seat 3 is still in use

armed versions(Similer step in unarmed versions)
1. VR
2. Pick any versions of track is armed
3. Add few Passengers
4. remove bench and all the passengers are floating in back of track
