0005267: M8541A (and similar) optic covers obstruct a lot of field of view

Description

This is just a suggestion, pretty low on a priority list, but we've had several of our Marksmen complain that the optic covers on the M8541A SSDS scope(and others) obstruct a lot of their field of view. The scope is otherwise amazing, but it is quite bulky on its own already, and the covers make it less attractive to use.

Would it be possible to eventually add variants of the M8541A (and similar) without optic covers, or maybe simply remove them altogether?

(0009867) da12thMonkey (administrator) 2019-09-13 00:45	There are already enough variants of the M8541 to clutter up the Arsenal and each one requires a totally separate .p3d for every variation in model or textures. So no. It's unreasonable to make more versions just to match cosmetic preferences
