I'm at a loss for words to describe how the hell this happened or what the problem is, so I'll let the video do the talking

Steps To Reproduce

Combinations where this occurs
[Combat Fatigues OEFCP Plain
Covered ACH helmet
SPCS Rifleman alt (OEFCP and UCP)
Kitbag MTP
Kirby Arid face
Black ballistic specs] - inconsistent reproduction

[As above, except
SPC Crewman] - most consistent so far

All have M3 MAAWS. Optic presence does not seem to affect reproducability
