(0008922) da12thMonkey (administrator) 2019-01-31 22:19 edited on: 2019-01-31 22:20	US Army Chinooks do not have FLIR turrets outside of the MH-47 special operations fleet (which we don't have in the mod). Even the proposed CH-47F Block II upgrade isn't advocating for providing FLIR. If M240s are added, they will be to replace the M134 miniguns first (since regular CH-47Fs don't use these IRL either) and the addition of a ramp gun will only be done as a secondary consideration.

(0008929) da12thMonkey (administrator) 2019-02-01 12:46	I am merely explaining that if we do finish the M240H conversion, its primary purpose will be to replace the miniguns on the CH-47 and UH-60. This is what we have existing plans to do with it. Any further uses beyond that, are not planned yet.
