0004624: Слабая броня БТР-70 и БРДМ против патронов 5.45

Description

Броню БТР-70 пробивают все пули калибром 5.45, и можно убить водителя, стреляя в борт, но так не должно быть.

(0008582) reyhard (administrator) 2018-09-20 16:48 edited on: 2018-09-20 16:48	that plate wasn't mounted to anything so whole "test" wasn't reliable at all. Anyway, I'm not able to penetrate main BTR-70 with 7n10 - are you using some mods? There is lower plate which is less thick (behind the wheels) but that's correct according to BTR manual

(0008584) reyhard (administrator) 2018-09-20 17:26	I've checked model and that plate is actually 7mm wide - 7n10 has 6.4mm RHA (16mm of St3 steel) penetration at 300m which gives about 8mm at point blank. Since that plate is flat bullets can actually pass through it
