Could be single-quotes typo?

@Grimwald - it seems plate number is a string like "9343" instead of 9343 - check your mission and try to remove that unit and place it again. At some point (circa 2 years ago) there were some engine fixes for evaluation of attributes and we removed all unnecessary conversions from string to number if we could use number instead. Anyway, it's not related to that ticket at all
