0004417: Russian helicopters and planes exhibit strange behaviour

Description

Russian helicopters barely use their ATGM's. They rather use their unguided rockets and even canon (if they don't have unguided missiles equipped) from a far away, even though they have ATGM's. They used to attack vehicles pretty regularly using their ATGM's, even from like 1-2 km's away, but over the course of the last few updates, they have progressively ceased using them and stop attacking from farther distances.

If I ever see them using their ATGM's, it's like one and done and only from a medium distance (like 900 meters or so on a flat surface and I didn't even notice it apart from the virtual reality or the desert plain on Altis), and up close (600 m and in) they just use their unguided rockets with horrendous accuracy - missing a target by hundreds of meters. And if they don't have the unguided rockets, they just use canon instead, completely ignoring their ATGM's. US helicopters on the other hand use their ATGM's regularly even to re-engage several times.

For instance, Ka-52, which is exhibiting the worse behaviour, just circles aimlessly around doing nothing until it gets shot down by enemy tanks.

The same goes for russian planes, but they don't use their anti-tank rockets (KH-25's and 29's) at all.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to editor, place an aircrat/gunship (ideally Ka-52 as it works the worst), equip it with appropriate missiles, place some blufor tanks, watch.

(0008220) reyhard (administrator) 2018-08-19 19:03	hopefuly fixed except Su-25, since it's targeting system is quite complex to recreate for AI usage. You can equip them TV guided missiles for AI usage.
