0004181: Not able to connect to RHS KOTH servers due to missing files:

Description

The missing files are as follows:

rhs_c_troops
rhssaf_c_troops
rhsusf_c_troops
rhsgref_c_troops

It is not allowing me to connect to any RHS servers. I have all RHS mods installed.
