0004040: VSS Vintorez damage buff

Description

I've played extensively with the VSS and feel it's majorly under-powered in RHS compared with available 'real world' data.

Ability to defeat body armour seems totally at odds with 'real world' claims and damage of 7.44 doesn't seem to match manufactures claims - as in twice the energy of a 9mm from MP5SD.

Unable to 1 shot pople in the head who have armour despite the fact that the round is specifically designed to penetrate a helmet out to 400+m.

I am unfamiliar with the exct code used to model damage/armour but feel a buff to say 8.5 or maybe even 9 damage would make this weapon more viable without turning it into an ASP-1 Kir.

(0007545) reyhard (administrator) 2018-03-20 17:53	there are some plans to change hit values for all weapons but for now you can try to read some previous tickets about 9mm ammo to see what is our general opinion on it. can't say now when we will start doing changes to it but it will probably take some time
