| Summary | 0003585: ZSU-23-4V radar works only with ARFR |
| Description | ZSU-23-4V have radar only in opfor side below Russia (VPVO). I noticed that radar works only with AFRF Shilka. Other Shilka's are in GREF and don't have radar.

| Steps To Reproduce | Go editor and spawn ZSU-23-4V from all sides and check which have possibility to turn on radar. Radar can be turned on as commander or gunner. |
| Additional Information | I don't think this is intentional, that there is no radar in other Shilka's. At least I didn't find any information/documentation about this. |
