0003483: AGS-30 Grenade launcher has missing zeroing system.

Description

the AGS-30 has no option to adjust the range.

If I remember well the AGS-17 and AGS-30 use a mils graduation wheel to adjust the range. a menu option with a range table for mils/meter equivalence should be added.

Steps To Reproduce

spawn with a static ags-30. no zeroing option available.

Additional Information

The feature was in ACE 2 (arma 2) but since ACE team only work on BIS stuffs it's up to RHS team.
