0003211: F-22 moveInDriver action is missing

Description

I tried with all different lock modes (open, closed, default) with my full Modpack (CBA, ACE, etc.) and also with RHS alone but whatever unit I'll take (US or RU) I don't have an option to get in as driver. Only possible way I found is trough the debug console. I also spawned a F-22 via ZEUS and also tested it on different maps but that didn't fix it.

I searched here with the term F-22 but didn't found a report for this. Maybe the search just sucks or my knowledge how to search correctly on this bugtracker-software

Steps To Reproduce

1.) Start vanilla Arma 3 with RHS alone
2.) Open Editor
3. Select Map (in my case Stratis and VR)
4.) place F-22
5.) Place NATO or OPFOR unit
6.) load mission
7.) try to enter the plane trough the normal way (action menu)
