Summary | 0002572: RHS Uniform/Apex ENVG-II Bug/Clash |
Description | I encountered an issue with the new ENVG-II goggles brought in by Apex and the RHS uniforms. When wearing an RHS uniform it pushes the ENVG-IIs to the front of your face in first person, obstructing most of your screen/vision. All other RHS equipment and weapons work with these goggles, it's only RHS uniforms. Try the USAF Woodland or Marpat. |
Steps To Reproduce | Enter any map at Night (can be done in game or in the 3D editor "Play Scenario Mode"). Equip ENVG-II Goggles. Equip RHS Uniform (confirmed on the Woodland Uniform and the Marpat though it should reproduce with any, I just haven't personally tested each uniform). Enter First Person. Activate ENVG-II Goggles. |
Additional Information | One thing I noticed is that the uniforms seem slightly larger than vanilla and cause some very minor clipping with vanilla gear. I'm not sure if it could somehow push these low profile NVGs slightly forward or not, just an observation.
I was using ACE3 however I have the appropriate optional files in the ACE Addons, no errors in game received.
I haven't tested this off of Devbranch personally. People I play with report the same issue while on the regular version. |
